Karachi. Chairman Sadar Town Mansoor Ahmed Sheikh has said that the ongoing development journey in Sadar Town is being infused with innovation and modern facilities. He emphasized that parks equipped with modern amenities not only become a focal point for public attention but also significantly enhance the beauty of the area.
While inaugurating the renovated Dr. Fariduddin Sethna Park in UC 12 Boot Basin, Sadar Town, UC 12 Boot Basin, were present: Municipal Commissioner Noor Hassan Jokhio, Vice Chairman UC 12 Hamid Hussain, Atif Blue, Rahman Afridi Town Councilors, various UC Vice Chairmen, Director Parks Aasim Ali Khan, Superintendent Engineer B&R Salman Rahman Memon, Superintendent Engineer M&E Mumtaz Ali Dharder, Senior Account Officer Naeem Yousafi, and other training officers from (UT).
Importance of Parks
Chairman Mansoor Ahmed Sheikh highlighted that providing basic amenities and ensuring recreation for the residents of every UC in Sadar Town is part of their duties. He added that the town administration has completed several projects for the construction, development, and beautification of parks and playgrounds, utilizing available resources, which has not only enhanced the recreational facilities for the public but also created a positive impact on the residents.

Municipal Commissioner Noor Hassan Jokhio stated that the Dr. Fariduddin Sethna Park is a beautiful addition to the area, providing excellent recreational facilities for families. He urged the residents to cooperate with the town administration in maintaining the park’s cleanliness and security.
